What is a boundary survey?
A boundary survey is a formal method of defining the boundaries of a property. It primarily focuses on the definition of plot corners. People usually conduct boundary surveys before they buy, split, improve, or build on the land. After completing a boundary survey, a land surveyor will create a drawing.
